Four years after creating its ground-breaking, context-aware digital customer engagement suite of products, AwareX today launched Agoratm, a fully “headless” version of their market proven Digital Customer eXperience (DCXtm) iPaaS.

AwareX has a track-record of success, rapidly deploying out of the box customer journeys for some of the world’s largest service providers. For those companies, this has already resulted in demonstrably reduced costs to support, increased revenue through context-aware upsell, and increased lifetime value of customer. Now, those service providers, and others, will be able to create their own solutions for rapid deployment on the same secure, scalable, low-code cloud-native platform.

Agora enables AwareX enterprise customers, systems integrators and other technology partners to consume RESTful API’s from the existing DCX library and thus deliver a broad spectrum of customer experience functions to any and all digital clients using available front-end tool kits. At initial release, Agora provides a library of 100 RESTful API’s servicing both client and back-end functions. These API’s are all live, available and proven in existing deployments for global service providers supporting at present, tens of millions of transactions per month.

More importantly, AwareX recognizes that many existing back-end systems do not expose modern API’s and Agora enables pragmatic integration to obscure data elements through expedient and effective methodology. The intent is to facilitate the fastest and lowest cost deployments to enable world-class experiences for digital customers. Accordingly, Agora provides:

  • Graphical governance of the usage of the API’s
  • An online dictionary comprising, at present, 350 data definitions
  • An integrated Test Harness enabling accelerated client development
  • API integration into widely available e-commerce engines, payment platforms, digital marketing and analytics engines.
  • Full compliance with TMF Open Digital Architecture (ODA)

Already proven in live production in major global telecom service providers, Agora, can also be delivered with a “starter-kit” of existing AwareX customer journey comprising solutions for a broad spectrum of Consumer and Business account management for the following service types:

  • Mobile Pre-Paid, Post-Paid, and Hybrid accounts
  • TV/Streaming
  • Internet and Fixed-line

Out of the box, the platform supports a broad selection of digital clients including:

  • Native iOS and Android apps
  • Responsive and Progressive Web channels
  • Chat, SMS, Facebook and WhatsApp bots
  • Multi-lingual natural-language voice service using either Google or Amazon
  • Retail clients such as kiosks
  • Emerging low-cost mobile clients such as KaiOS

Because of the demands for “carrier grade” the cloud-native AwareX platform achieves “Five Nines” service availability through metro area high availability architecture in the AWS Cloud environment.

With this new release Agora is now intended to serve all industries, delivering a full set of customer engagement API’s to enable large scale digital transformations.
