AwareX announces Chris Burton as new Chief Operating Officer

Boston, MA -- AwareX has announced that Chris Burton has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Burton will support CEO Michael Matthews in executing the company’s strategy and vision to become the leading provider of digital customer engagement solutions to service providers.

Burton joins AwareX from CSG, where he led the Revenue Management and Digital Monetization business. He has previously held senior sales and operations leadership roles at TTEC, Amdocs, and Accenture. He holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
