Shashi leads AwareX's Product/Platform Development and Support functions. He has over 20 years of global experience leading the design, development and deployment of complex software for Communication Service Providers. He has held leadership positions at Nortel, Cisco, Motorola, Nokia and Optiva in various engineering and customer engagement roles. Shashi holds a Master's degree in Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore.
Andy is responsible for AwareX growth in North America. Andy believes that technology introduction should provide a compelling return on investment and has over 20 years experience in selling and delivering transformation initiatives. He has an MBA in corporate strategy and finance and has held senior positions at Amdocs, Oracle, Ciena (Blue Planet) and Itential.
Michelle leads all things product at AwareX. She has been bringing innovative products and solutions to the communications service provider industry for over 20 years. She has held senior project management positions at CSG, Netcracker, and Amdocs.
Mike leads the global delivery of our digital engagement solutions, and is deeply committed to materializing outstanding business outcomes for our customers. Mike has over two decades of experience helping service providers use technology to improve their businesses. Prior to AwareX Mike held senior positions at CSG, Amdocs, and Sprint.
Israel leads our business with select Asia Pacific accounts. He is passionate about bringing creative digital engagement solutions to customers. Israel has held senior business development positions with Amdocs and Actix.

Kevin Peters
Director
Kevin Peters has been a member of AwareX’s Board since its inception in 2016. He brings a wealth of leadership experience in the telecom industry. Most recently he was President and Chief Executive Officer of NetNumber, where he lead major restructuring and asset divestiture returning significant value to long-term investors. Prior to NetNumber, Mr. Peters had a 28-year career with AT&T where he held numerous senior leadership positions. He serves as an advisor or board member to Calix, Cartesian, Unitek, J&L Communications Group, and several other firms. He also serves on the advisory board of the School of Business at Stevens Institute of Technology and the Board of Trustees for the Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center. Mr. Peters holds an MBA from Columbia University, an MS from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a BS from Fairfield University. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
Don Listwin
Director
Don Listwin has been a member of AwareX’s Board since 2017. He is a veteran of the technology industry and has held CEO roles at RapidAI, Sana Security, Openwave and had been the #2 executive at Cisco Systems. Mr. Listwin is Founder and Chairman of the Canary Foundation which is devoted to the early detection of cancer. Mr. Listwin also serves on the Board of Directors of GenoLogics Life Sciences, Public Library of Science, Calix Networks, Clustrix Systems, Stratos Biosciences and the Listwin Family Foundation. He is on the External Advisory Board for the Center for Cancer Nanotechnology Excellence (CCNE) at Stanford and a member of the Stanford Advisory Board for the Canary Center at Stanford. Don is a member of the NCIs Board of Scientific Advisors, a member of the Board of Trustees at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and also serves as a member of The Melanoma Cancer Center at The Moffitt Cancer Center. A native of Canada, he holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an Honorary Doctorate of Law from the University of Saskatchewan.
