Boston, MA -- AwareX has announced that they have been recognized as one of The 10 Most Innovative UI/UX Companies of 2022 by Analytics Insight. This award recognizes companies that are transforming user experiences in the digital sphere.

The team at AwareX have worked together in multiple innovative enterprises over the past 20 years, mostly focused on helping Communications Service Providers (CSP) address and improve customer experience. Our goal was to insulate the end customer from frustration resulting from the complexity inherent in the backend business and operational support systems historically used by CSPs.

During this time, advances in digital technology raised the bar on user expectations, although progress has often been hampered by the cost, complexity and ubiquity of massive, and ambitious IT transformation projects.

We have helped our many customers over the years to advance their thinking about their approach to customer engagement, always pushing the envelope to challenge time to market and total cost of ownership.

When we founded AwareX in 2016, our goal was to create a consistent customer experience across an ever-expanding choice of touchpoints, thus helping those customers achieve fast and effective results. We leverage the capabilities of modern communications networks and have learned that success is less about screen graphic design and mostly about awareness, anticipation and automation. We see results in lower costs for customer support, higher average revenue per customer account, and improved Net Promoter Scores for our CSPs.
