Job Description

You will lead our team in configuring our low-code/no-code SaaS Digital Customer Engagement platform to enable our customers to provide consistent, personalized, and intentional digital experiences to their end users. You are our point-person in understanding our customers' business needs and strategies, providing valued expertise in solution options available, and leading the resultant project.



  • Support the scoping and solutioning for customer projects
  • Estimate and plan project work efforts
  • Lead the technical team in project execution
  • Communication with key customer executive stakeholders
  • Managing project financials



  • Deep understanding of the telecommunications/Communications Service Provider industry
  • Five-plus years experience managing SaaS delivery projects
  • Software development background
  • Knowledge of customer experience (CX) issues, software, and solutions
  • Great customer-facing acumen
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
